Every YEUX item is made with meticulous attention to detail. Should any manufacturing defects arise within 2 years of purchase, we'll repair your jewelry free of charge with proof of purchase.

This includes fixing accidental scratches, resizing, and replating. While more extensive repairs like missing stones may incur a small material fee, we're committed to ensuring the lasting beauty of your YEUX pieces.

To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at info@ye-ux.com with your order number. After the 2-year period or if you've lost your receipt, our Lifetime Repair Service is available for a nominal fee.

Please note the 2-Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair do not apply to YEUX Sample Sale purchases. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted jewelry - let us know how we can help preserve your favorite YEUX items.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage:
- All YEUX jewelry products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- This warranty covers issues such as accidental scratches, the need for resizing, or replating.
- For more extensive damage, such as missing stones or serious scratches, a small material fee may apply.

2. Warranty Claim Process:
- To file a warranty claim, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt).
- Customers should contact YEUX at info@ye-ux.com with order details.
- YEUX will review the claim and provide instructions for sending the item in for repair.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to YEUX for warranty repair. YEUX will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.

3. Post-Warranty Period:
- After the initial 2-year warranty period, or if the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, they can still take advantage of YEUX's Lifetime Repair Service.
- The Lifetime Repair Service is available for a nominal fee to cover the cost of parts and labor, plus the cost of shipping.

4. Exclusions:
- The 2-Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair Service do not apply to items purchased during YEUX Sample Sale events.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or intentional damage.

5. Transferability:
- The YEUX 2-Year Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
